Stockton Arts Centre (ARC) will be struck with nostalgia as The Christians make their way to the renowned Teesside establishment as part of their revival tour which takes in venues across the UK and Europe this winter.
Achieving and embracing huge acclaim back in the late 80s and early 90s for their infectious melodies, warm harmonies, and their socially-aware soul music, The Christians were renowned for creating an endless list of hit songs including ‘Forgotten Town’, ‘Ideal World’, ‘Born Again’, ‘Harvest for the World’, ‘Hooverville’, ‘The Bottle’ and many more.
The band is still fronted by lead singer Garry Christian who has been described by The Daily Mirror as having: “one of the finest voices in pop.”
The Christians head to ARC, Stockton on Thursday 13th December with doors opening at 20:00.
Tickets, priced at £22.60 including booking fee, are available at arconline.co.uk.
