Get ready for a magical festive treat as Sleeping Beauty – The Pantomime of Your Dreams brings laughter, spectacle and family-friendly fun to the Forum Theatre.
Leading the cast is RuPaul’s Drag Race star Michael Marouli, who takes on the wicked enchantress Carabosse, promising plenty of glamour, attitude and delicious villainy. Joining them is Britain’s Got Talent Golden Buzzer winner Max Fox, who swaps the talent show stage for pantomime heroics as Prince Max of Middlesbrough.
Making her return to the Forum Theatre, Breeders and The Return of Tracey Beaker star Jessie Williams will enchant audiences as Fairy Sparkle. Warren Donnelly, known for roles in Shameless and Coronation Street, joins the royal court as the King, bringing warmth, humour and heart to the production.
Forum Theatre favourites Liam Mellor and Robert Squire also return, ready to deliver their trademark comedy, chaos and audience interaction. Meanwhile, Charlotte Flower returns by popular demand following last year’s successful pantomime, stepping into the role of the cursed Princess Aurora.
With spectacular sets, fabulous costumes and jaw-dropping special effects, this classic fairy tale promises an unforgettable festive experience. Expect a cursed princess, an evil enchantress, a race against time and the magical power of true love’s kiss, all wrapped up in a spellbinding production packed with fantasy and festive cheer.
