A popular beer festival for lovers of both art and ale is returning to its home in Stockton later this month.
‘Ale & Arty’ is an annual event hosted by the Cleveland branch of CAMRA at ARC, Stockton.
From Thursday 28th February to Saturday 2nd March, ‘Ale & ‘Arty’ will be providing guests with an extensive variety of real ales, lagers, ciders and perries to try and test (in a special ‘Ale & Arty’ glass if you’d like, too).
There are three nights of stellar entertainment on offer each night at the festival: ‘Beatlemania’, one of the most authentic productions of live Beatles music, takes centre stage on the first night where you can expect to relive all 17 No.1 Beatles hits with incredible attention to detail.
Friday night promises to be a sell-out with an ‘Ale & Arty’ special edition of Catch 22 Comedy Club with Chortle Award-winning headliner Simon Lomas, Seymour Mace and Phil Nichol and MC Dave Longley.
On the final night of the festival, The Wild Rover and the Haverton Hillbillies will be providing a wonderful musical tribute to The Clash, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash to name a few – with promises to reflect ‘The Good, The Bad and The Ugly’ of Teesside simultaneously.
Tickets are available for both the day and evening festivals from arconline.co.uk or alternatively by calling the Box Office on 01642 525199.
