Provenance:
Teesside indie-pop outfit Provenance are another band who played their first-ever gig at our very own NE Volume Music Bar. They’ve gone from strength to strength since that debut performance and are now playing shows right across the UK.
Marrick:
Influenced by a combination of The Stone Roses and Kasabian, Teesside act Marrick deliver rollicking blues guitar riffs mixed with high energy and gritty, straight-up, guitar-driven rock ‘n’ roll.
Wednesday Flowers:
North East indie outfit Wednesday Flowers craft heartfelt, dream-pop melancholy. Their live sets shimmer with lush guitars and echo-laden vocals, creating an atmosphere filled with wistful charm.
Risco:
Risco produce high-energy surf-infused indie rock, blending pure rock ‘n’ roll with Britpop and punk influences. Frontman Ralph began his musical journey in an Oasis-inspired band called The Collectors, but this new outfit have come on in leaps and bounds, developing a sound that is unmistakably their own.
The Aniseed Lounge:
Known for their high-energy live performances packed with smooth grooves, powerful anthems, and their standout saxophone, this emerging indie-rock outfit continue to thrill audiences across Teesside and Darlington.
Noah ajc:
Synth-driven indie singer-songwriter Noah ajc has come on leaps and bounds this year. His sound draws from a range of influences – from The Libertines to Taylor Swift – and his tracks are often filled with playful, charming lyricism.
Dossers:
Another winner of our Battle of the Bands competition at NE Volume Music Bar in Stockton, Teesside’s Dossers draw from a wide range of inspirations. Their unique sound combines elements of post-punk, rock, metal, and indie into a dynamic and unpredictable mix.

Winners of our first-ever Battle of the Bands competition at NE Volume Music Bar, this Teesside psychedelic indie-pop outfit are ones to watch. Their debut album, ‘The Traveller’, offers a captivating blend of psychedelia, indie-rock melancholy, and euphoric energy.
