Warsaw’s Embitter formed in 2016 and have been making serious waves with their metalcore resurgence over the last few years.
Inspired by genre pioneers Integrity and Unbroken, their sound, according to purists, is “true”. Slightly more aggressive and chaotic than their predecessors, the band have updated the ‘90s vibe and are not afraid to veer into black metal too.
Embitter have released two EPs, ‘Season of Solitude’ and ‘Orwellian 2018’, and more recently, full album, ‘Reinventing Gravity’.
Support for the evening comes from Barnsley collective Dandelion who play “sad grunge”.
