We Are Scientists are indie-rock royalty from the US, featuring Keith Murray on vocals and guitar, and Chris Cain on bass.
Although they are not actually scientists per se, they have discovered the formula for creating witty, danceable indie-rock, with brilliant tracks including ‘Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt’, ‘After Hours’ and ‘The Great Escape’.
Catch the band, who amusingly describe their project as an “entertainment company”, at independent music venue and nightclub KU in Stockton. They will perform their breakthrough 2005 debut album, ‘With Love & Squalor’, in full to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
