The enigmatic Cortney Dixon returns with her latest single, ‘In and Out’, released just in time for the summer. The track, much like the artist herself, is a pop-rock tune that won’t fail to put a smile on your face. Described as ‘Taylor Swift with more attitude’ by one commentator, the track also has an accompanying video, a black and white creative jewel that shows the artistic process in full swing.
With female rockers it’s hard to avoid comparisons, but ultimately, Dixon draws those because of her pure talent, and not her lack of it. There’s a punk-laced attitude that shows us this is a musician who has a real chance of achieving something in the future.
