Tonight marked an evening of blissful duets at Middlesbrough’s Town Hall.
Talented Teessider and Maximo Park frontman Paul Smith invited a whole host of musical talent to join him on stage for an evening of live music like no other – and what a night it was.
Hundreds of music lovers packed out the seats in the sophisticated surroundings of the Town Hall Crypt, the perfect venue for such an intimate fusion of creativity.
Throughout the evening, Paul welcomed an ever-revolving roster of artists to the stage where they joined in harmonious collaboration to deliver fruitful renditions of iconic tracks; from Kate Bush’s ‘Don’t Give Up’ to Maximo Park’s ‘Books From Boxes’, no musical stone was left unturned – much to the audience’s delight.
The loving vibes between Paul and his guests reverberated throughout the soundtrack of the evening, filling the room with a warm sense of belonging and appreciation for the craft of music.
