Newcastle-based quartet KITES are soaring into a headline show at The Grove on Friday 8th August with their self-proclaimed, energetic “cocktail of grunge-tainted indie rock”.
Formed in 2019, the band have made waves across the North East indie scene, with their track ‘Wake Up’ named BBC Introducing’s Track of the Week. They’ve also headlined major local venues including The Cluny, World Headquarters, and Independent.
Joining them on the night are rising local acts Cherry Blur, Park View, and Spilt Milk.
