This month, The Glasshouse International Centre for Music welcomes award-winning Orcadian musician Kris Drever.
The golden-voiced guitarist, singer and songwriter – also one third of the acclaimed folk trio Lau – will unveil his fifth studio album, ‘Doing This For Love’.
When he is not delivering exceptional guitar work on stage, Drever shares his craft online through beautifully unpretentious instructional videos, offering well-honed insights into guitar technique for beginners, seasoned players and everyone in between.
His UK spring tour promises performances packed with favourites from across his back catalogue, alongside fresh material from the new record. It is a rare chance to experience one of contemporary folk’s most distinctive voices live.
