Formed in 2008, Police Dog Hogan (PDH) blend bluegrass and Americana in a distinctively British style. The PDH line-up features James Studholme (vocals/guitar), Eddie Bishop (fiddle/mandolin), Tim Dowling (banjo), Alistair Hamer (drums), Emily Norris (trumpet), Don Bowen (bass) and Shahen Galichian (accordion/piano). Fortunately, there is no police dog named Hogan in sight.
Promoting and performing their emotionally rich and reflective new album ‘The Light at the Top of the Stairs’, the talented eight-piece are captivating audiences across the UK. Don’t miss the chance to see them live at The Glasshouse in Gateshead.
Tickets, priced from £21.80 in advance, are available at theglasshouseicm.org.
