Street-punk band Gimp Fist are heading to Independent, Sunderland on Saturday 4th May for what will be an adrenaline-fuelled evening.
Described by the Sunderland Echo as one of the best street-punk bands in the business, it’s no surprise that the three-piece from Bishop Auckland are one of the most loved acts at punk’s biggest annual event, the Rebellion Festival in Blackpool, and their loyal fanbase travels all around the country to see them.
This month, though, for home town fans there is no need to travel as Gimp Fist are bringing their infectious working-class anthems back to the North East.
Joined by Sunderland’s own Red London, they’re ready to shake it up. With six full-length albums and a variety of songs to choose from, this show is guaranteed to be a treat for fans, old and new.
Gimp Fist and Red London head to Independent, Sunderland on Saturday 4th May. Tickets, priced at £9.90 in advance, are available from independentsunderland.com.
