Darlington soul sensations, The Detroit 45’s, will head to The Green Room in Stockton on Saturday 22nd January thanks to renowned Teesside promoters, Get Hip.
Remaining creative during lockdown, the group released a number of new tracks filled with retro ‘60s instrumental soul that have been purposely designed to make you truly feel the soul groove.
Although the band’s recorded music is superb, their live shows are on another level as they bring in a mix of bass and drums, electric piano, tenor sax and telecaster guitar intensity.
The Detroit 45’s will bring northern soul, southern funk and a sprinkling of Latin boogaloo to Stockton this January – so get moving and get on up.
