Like the blessed return of Beltane’s warmth and light, Driven Serious return to The Cluny with the eighth instalment of their mini-fest, Folkish Explosion, showcasing some of the finest folk music the UK has to offer.
Fronted by theatrical ringleader Rob Jones, hosts and curators Driven Serious are a Northern folk-punk band who have been thrilling crowds with their fiddle-heavy, foot-stomping storytelling sound since 2011.
They will be joined by captivating contemporary folk duo St Fian, eccentric folk/cabaret showman Captain Of The Lost Waves, and harmonically rich trad-folk from Mills And Farrell.
Tickets, priced at £15.00 in advance, are available at thecluny.com.
