Fronting the line-up at this month’s Comedy Bites are Alex Mitchell, Laurence Tuck, and Al Stevenson, who will be joined by a number of support acts, including both new and established comics.
Britain’s Got Talent finalist Alex Mitchell will be performing his self-deprecating humour in his debut show, poking fun at himself, his neurodivergence, disability, and sexuality. His material has already won him comedy awards in both 2023 and 2024 as he explores society’s perception of marginalized groups and his pursuit of perfection. Expect a hilarious and heart-warming set.
Joining him is Laurence Tuck, who has been on the stand-up scene since 2008 and is proving popular after his shows in the North West. He is praised for being original, quirky, offbeat, and creative.
Finally, sharp-tongued Al Stevenson completes the line-up with his cheeky, rapid-fire quips. This newcomer is rising fast and has already headlined prestigious venues such as The Stand Comedy Club in Newcastle.
