It’s been fifteen years since Dutch Uncles formed in Marple, Stockport. With their sixth studio album, ‘True Entertainment’, unveiled last month, the band are taking to the road on a short tour to promote it, starting at Pop Recs in Sunderland on Saturday 15th April.
Bringing their mix of indie-pop, art-rock and new-prog, you will feel reminded of bands such as Talking Heads, XTC and Sunderland’s own Field Music…and lead singer Duncan Wallis adds another interesting layer with his androgynous vocals.
