Michael Head has been a tour de force of songwriting, with skills that he has demonstrated time and again with his solo work and his work in the likes of The Pale Fountains, Shack and The Strands.
Back in 2008, an idea was born and Michael Head & The Red Elastic Band was formed. After joining forces with Violette Records in 2013, the group gained perfect traction and have been producing stunning alt-indie tracks since.
Following the release of their new album ‘Dear Scott’, Michael and his band will be performing at Pop Recs Ltd in Sunderland on Thursday 15th December.
Referring back to the golden age of show business, this will be a night to remember.
